Unbox School is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. As such, we do not ship any physical products. All our services are delivered digitally via the internet.
Upon successful payment, your account will be activated immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials and invoice. In some cases, account activation may take up to 24 hours for verification purposes.
If you do not receive your activation email or face any issues accessing your account after payment, please contact our support team at support@unboxschool.in.
If in the future we offer any physical goods (such as hardware or merchandise), shipping terms for those specific items will be provided at the time of purchase.
